About me

Sui Aoki (they/them) owner of suitouart

Sui (they/them) is a Japanese-American, queer creative who provides resonating visuals via illustration, design, and multimedia studies. They exhibit comfort and a sense of community through their unique perception as a strong empath. Works reflect a caring and approachable personality via process, material, and texture exploration. Highlighted strengths in the creative field are resourcefulness, care in detail and out-of-the-box ideas.

Sui makes suitouart’s mission to create a safe space for anyone and everyone to feel comfortable creating and sharing. The mission statement is “Share Love.” The definition of "love" is very fluid for Sui. They believe visual, textural, and experiential aid can help others recognize the important values of unconditional love. Sharing one's love implies that they reserve some for themselves too.

By creating art that holds the power to make someone in the world smile, Sui takes action to shape a more caring future. They are passionate about working with children and infants because they believe in nurturing the future generation holistically, while healing their own inner child.

Other than art, Sui also loves bunnies and has an expansive collection of bunny themed trinkets. They are also a sweettooth, and always makes sure they have a stock of gummies at their work space.
